In phase 1 the public site does not collect contact details. From phase 3, a secure form may process names, contact details, stay preferences, a message and recorded consent.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used only to answer an enquiry and provide the service securely. The final legal basis will be documented for each processing activity.
Retention and sharing
Retention periods will be configurable and requests can be deleted or anonymised. Data is shared only where necessary, permitted and transparent.
Your rights
The process for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability will be published with the final contact details.
